Let me just say, the pumps on this toy are amazing. They work from behind the sleeve so the sleeve itself deforms and stretches as it sucks. This sensation is fairly realistic for an oral experience. Couple it with the internal vibrating motors and its a really awesome experience! There's quite a few modes to choose from, from regular vibration to a variation of pulses/patterns, each with various strength options. The suction also has 3 modes, a simple pulsing in and out weak mode, a middle ground which does that with a strong pulse mixed in, and a full strength mode which is always strong. The sleeve is removable for cleaning which makes things very simple, however because its such a wide opening/interior it can hold a lot of moisture. The internal pumps/mechanics shouldn't get wet so make sure you wait long enough for the sleeve to dry before putting it back in!

Nice discreet black box and appears well made and put together. Easy to use. Has 10 different vibration modes, which is standard for most of the vibrating products. Suction modes attempt to replicate different types of fellatio. A little bulky to hold, but not bad. Easy to clean and store. Overall, a fun extra toy to have but not anywhere close to the real thing.
