This is the first electric masturbator I have used, and it was a hard thing to justify of purchase of this, seeing as my hands both work my manuals were more than sufficient.All that being said I can defiantly see the appeal of these now, its movement is really pleasant. I was really worried about cleaning but as you can see in the photos the silicone insert is removable for easy cleaning. I did knock off a star because as can also be seen in my pictures the insert is shallow, (I don't have super big hands, and am of average size).I am happy with my purchase overall, just would sooner buy another manual.
